You only need to purchase one "Love the Wine You're With - Valentine's Day ADD-ON" to your order. Each wine that is checked "ADD CUSTOM WINE LABEL: Please add custom Valentine wine label to this bottle (purchased separately)" will be labelled with your selected label. Any other instructions can be noted in your cart note.
